Most of its fleet was seized by the Russians during the invasion of Crimea as most of Ukraine's fleet was stationed in the port of Sevastopol. As a result of this, Ukraine has not been able to defend against Russian warships that carry cruise missiles that target both military and civilian infrastructure.  It can cause a lot of deaths, damage and injuries. It can be prevented by donating.  Russia just blocked the grain deal. Now they are destroying the grain corridors that help give food for millions.
